4. Buying from Romow

4.1 Product Information and Availability

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and prices displayed are accurate. However, errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. All products are subject to availability.

4.2 Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time of your order confirmation.

4.3 Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase a product. All orders are subject to acceptance by Romow. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase, unless other arrangements are agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, which will be communicated at the point of sale.

4.4 Delivery and Collection

Delivery options, costs, and estimated timeframes will be provided at the time of purchase. You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. For local pickup, products must be collected within an agreed timeframe. Risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery or collection.

4.5 Returns, Refunds, and Warranty (Buying)

• Consumer Guarantees: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
• Change of Mind: We generally do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If you accept our offer, we will proceed with the transaction. Payment will be made by an agreed method (e.g., bank transfer, cash) within a reasonable timeframe after the successful transfer of ownership and possession of the products to Romow.
